Download recording audio
Streams the recording audio as WAV from Signals storage. This is the URL that RecordingUrl carries in action and recording status callback requests. Signals verifies the auth token itself on this path, and the recording must belong to the project that owns the Voice Account.
Send Range: bytes=START-END to fetch part of the file; a single range is supported, and the response is 206 Partial Content. If-Range with the current ETag keeps a range request valid only while the file is unchanged. HEAD returns the same headers without a body.
path Parameters

RecordingSid^RE[0-9a-f]{32}$ · requiredSID of the recording. Lowercase hexadecimal only; any other form returns 404.
Headers
RangeA single byte range, for example bytes=0-1023, bytes=1024- or bytes=-4096.
If-RangeThe ETag from an earlier response. When it no longer matches, Range is ignored and the whole file is returned.
